  1. Washing and steaming the Curly Kale.
  2. Serving warm and sprinkle with my favorite melange pepper.
Top as desired
  1. with Kalamata olives and freshly squeezed lemon,
  2. or with Apple Cider Vinegar and raw seeds mix and walnuts.
  3. And sprinkle with some more melange pepper.
  1. *I like to use organic ingredients and filtered water.
